Igino V. Pellizzari

Igino is the Principal and Sole Proprietor of IVP Design Studio. He has been involved in Building Design, Design-Build Contracting, Land-Use Planning and Project Consulting for over thirty-five years in the San Francisco Bay Area. From 2004 to 2012 he was a Principal and Director of Design of the architectural firm Studio Abitare located in Emeryville, CA.

Igino’s current practice scope includes new single family homes, remodels and additions, ADUs and exterior elements such as pergolas, decks and site improvements. In California Igino provides his services as a Designer under the CA Building and Professions Code Section 5537.

While the work product is diverse, the projects are linked by a focus on creating places and spaces that support our social fabric, human nature and life aspirations whether at a personal level, family level or for the greater community at large.
